Scott Gimple ’90 - President
As a Gamma-Rho initiate (’90), Scott graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 with a BA in Political Science, and from  Perpperdine University with a MBA in Finance. He is the Director of Player Development and National Events for American Youth Soccer Organization, a youth sports organization with over 550,000 players and 200,000 volunteers. Scott lives in Hermosa Beach with his wife (Catherine) and three step-children (Alexandria, Derek and Annika). 

  Greg Mammana '90 - Vice President
Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 1992, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix (2003), and a second Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security (2015).  He retired as a Lieutenant from the Tucson Police Department in 2017 and currently works for Raytheon Missiles and Defense as the Physical Security Manager Lead.  Greg lives in Tucson with his wife Kristen and his son Nick. 


 Andy McEldowney '83 - Treasurer
Andy graduated from the UA with a bachelors in business in 1987. After graduation I have worked as an insurance agent With Allstate, then Farm Bureau before starting and independent agency in 2013. In the middle I spent 10 years in Pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline. Happily married to Kerry for 32 years, with three children; Jordan (married to nother Lyndsey), Lindsay, and Madison. While my kids were growing up I volunteered with their scouts, sports, and music programs; sold a lot of cookies and hosted a lot of team parties. After they were off the nest I served our chapter as an assistant alumnus adviser (extremely rewarding experience, highly recommend!!) before becoming the treasurer on the house corporation board. I am looking forward to having my chapter return to the UA.

Paul Clapp ’04 - Secretary
Paul Clapp is a 2004 Graduate of John Carroll University where he was a founding father of the Xi-Tau Chapter of Kappa Sigma in 2002. After graduation, he moved to Tucson and became the Alumnus Advisor and live in advisor for Gamma-Rho from 2004-2005. Since that time, he has remained active with the alumni, and is a part of the Chapter’s Century Club. Paul Currently leads the State, Local and Education Sales (SLED) efforts for the Western half of the US for Iron Mountain Inc. Iron Mountain is the global leader for storage and information management services. In addition to specializing in Government Solutions, Paul also has a focus on software sales stemming from his time at Hyland Software, the developer of the Enterprise Content Management software OnBase. Paul and his wife, Maggie O’Neill, live in Cleveland, Ohio with their two daughters (Raegan & Brett) and have been married since 2015.

Taylor Heidenheim '71 - Board Member
Graduated University of Arizona BS Mechanical Engineering 1974. Lived in Oregon for 25 years till retired and moved back to Tucson. Became a member of the house corporation on the executive committee as property manager in 2000. Turned  the position over in 2019 to a younger member and stayed on the board as a member. Retired from Weyerhaeuser Corporation where career was spent as a project manager and plant engineer. He currently lives in Tucson AZ and Pasadena CA traveling back and forth every 6 weeks. Taylor is a widower but now engaged.

Matt Noble ’84
Matt Noble is a 1984 initiate, who graduated in 1986 from the Eller School of Management with a major in Marketing. As an undergraduate Matt served as his chapter’s Alumni Relations Chair, Little Sister Chair and Vice President. Matt also was involved on campus as the Vice President of the American Marketing Association and he was involved with the ASUA Marketing Club that focused on the funding for a new campus Recreation Center. As a college student he worked for Montgomery Ward and IBM. After graduation he worked for the University of Arizona Athletic Department in the areas of Fund Development and Marketing before founding Fraternity Management Group (FMG) in 1989. FMG provides service to fraternity and sorority chapters in the areas of alumni/ae & parent relations, career preparation & networking, and fundraising. Matt’s past community involvement included serving on the UA Alumni Association Board of Directors; Coronado Little League as a coach and board member; Ironwood Ridge Baseball Boosters; the Southern Arizona Sports Development Corporation; and several Greek Life Boards. He currently serves the Eller School of Management as an undergraduate interviewer for admission; on the board of HABBJACH/Scholarship America; as a director on the Gamma Rho House Corporation; and as the Vice President of the Kappa Sigma Educational Foundation of Arizona. Matt is a past Hall of Fame inductee and Man of the Year of his chapter. He and his wife Risa live in Oro Valley, and have one son, Austin. Matt’s passion’s are golf, hiking, college sports, and career networking for students and alumni.

Fred Ronstadt - Board Member
Fred Ronstadt is a native of Tucson. He received his undergraduate degree in Secondary Education in 1986 and a master’s degree in Public Administration in 1994, both from the University of Arizona. He served as a Council Member for the City of Tucson and has held leadership positions with several nonprofit organizations. Fred served as the Resident Advisor for the Gamma Rho Chapter from 2014 – 2016 and was initiated in 2016. Fred is the President of The F. Ronstadt Company which provides business consulting and bookkeeping services. He lives in Tucson with his wife Sharla.

Bill Wiess '80 - Board Member
Bill Wiess is a graduate of the University of Arizona, 1985 and currently Bill resides in Phoenix, AZ. with his wife Barbara. After 15 years as a national brand manager in the pre-engineered petrol chemical and food service industries, he sold his business. Currently, Bill manages investment properties. This led to his appointment as a Stakeholder on the Valley Metro light rail SCE, CAB & SARC.  regional transportation plan. Bill has served on the RSD Governing Board. He fought to direct millions of tax and bond dollars to libraries in underserved areas of Maricopa County. Active in politics over 25 years, Bill was an elected leader of the Arizona Republican Party, as well as an AZ Senate nominee, and a three- time Delegate to the RNC Convention. As an alumnus, Bill is involved with UArizona and Kappa Sigma. Bill is a Gamma Rho Century Club member and a GPAC charter member. Barbara and Bill are Wildcats for Life.
